摘要
Due to the growing awareness towards environmental concern, limited raw resources, and insufficient landfill capacities in many countries, more attention has been given to protect the ecosystem. In order to minimize the hazardous effect on the ecosystem, reverse logistics have been implemented in many countries. Companies are always looking for unique ways to enhance their manufacturing process, customer desire and to push forward in the competitive world of manufacturing. Benchmarking is one of the effective ways to achieve the desired goals in the companies. On this ground, this study aims to present a framework for the development of the reverse logistics benchmarking model.
