摘要：

This review of four usage-modeling techniques clarifies key elements of each technique and their strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of usage-centered development. It also points to tools where appropriate. Finally, the authors argue for applying a template-supported use scenario integrating the three approaches. © 2009 IEEE.
