摘要
In this paper, we propose and investigate a virtual full-duplex quantize-map-forward (QMF) two-way relay system (TWRS) under symmetry and asymmetry rate transmission cases, in which two half-duplex relays form a virtual full-duplex relay, and are not necessary to perform any interference cancellation. In particular, we explain the process of loop self-interference, back-propagating self-interference and inter-relay interference cancellation at two sources. Moreover, in order to evaluate system performance, two exact closed-form expressions of the outage probability and the throughput are derived. We further present the optimal power allocation and quantization schemes to minimize the outage probability. Finally, we provide simulation results to validate the effectiveness of theoretical analysis. It is shown that the performance of a virtual full-duplex QMF TWRS is better than that of a full-duplex and a half-duplex TWRS.
