摘要
The aim of the paper is to illustrate the needs of the increasingly common use of the interdisciplinary approach in research on business and the sphere of management. The discipline on the basis of which the interdisciplinary perspective may be built, may become that of the sociology of the organization. Sociology that avails of the methodological experience of other scientific disciplines such as: economics, management, psychology, cultural anthropology, semiotics, etc., may venture the opinion of the entire cognition and explanation of the phenomena of the sphere of business. Nevertheless, in order for this to take place, there is a need to work out a common research platform for the various disciplines of the areas of social sciences that would facilitate the thorough clarification of the given research issue. This situation evokes specified methodological consequences, which relate to among others, the difficulties in utilizing the research methods based on the various paradigms and interpretations of the research results. The result of the paper presented shall be the proposition of the research platform combining various methodological approaches - both quantitative and qualitative that is useful both in research concentrated on behaviour that is organizationally internal (management of organizational conflict), as well as the broadly perceived business (consumer behaviour).
