摘要
In order to understand the molecular mechanisms of multiple-allele-inherited male sterility in Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp pekinensis), two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) technology was used to investigate the whole proteins of fertile and sterile buds of the two type line AB01. The protein spots were visualized by Coomassie brilliant bule R-350, and spots detection and matching were carried out by PDQuest 8.0.1 software. The results showed that there were nearly 750 protein spots in the linear rang of molecular weight (M.W.) 14.4 similar to 94.0 KD and isoelectric point (pl) 4.0 similar to 7.0, and 83 different protein pots were identified. Among those spots, 36 protein spots only expressed in the fertile buds, and 10 protein spots only expressed in sterile buds. Compared with the fertile buds, 25 protein spots were up-regulated expressed and 12 were down-regulated in sterile buds.
