摘要
In recent years, with the deepening reform of market economy system and continuous adjustment of industrial structure, Chinese economy demonstrates high-speed development. However, the rapidly developing economy status has simultaneously brought huge reform in the labor force market. A series of female employment problems have made female employees face the unequal treatment and brought unprecedented impact to equal female employment rights. In this paper, from the perspective of gender, prominent problems in current female employment are analyzed and major measures to improve female employment problems are positively explored so as to protect the equal rights of female employment and create a harmonious and win-win employment market atmosphere.
