A Research on the Satisfaction of Exhibition Services Based on the Perception of Exhibitors

摘要
Based on the 92nd China Food and Drinks Fair's data, the authors used the questionnaires to obtain exhibitors' satisfaction data about exhibition services. Then, we use the quantitative analysis method to study the relationship between overall satisfactions of exhibition services. Researches of the authors show that (1) the exhibitors' satisfaction level of each sub service satisfaction is different; (2) each of the sub services are positively correlated with the overall service satisfaction; (3) the contribution of each sub service satisfaction to the overall satisfaction is different; (4) there are many significant difference on overall satisfaction level and each sub service satisfaction level due to different features of exhibitors.
