摘要
Different concentrations of syringic acid were added to cucumber seedlings rhizosphere and their effects on soil Fusarium and Trichoderma abundances and structures were evaluated by qPCR and PCR-DGGE. Results showed that all concentrations of syringic acid (0.02-0.2 mu mol g(-1) soil) did not change the community structure and abundance of Trichoderma. Syringic acid at 0.1 mu mol g(-1) soil increased while at 0.2 mu mol g(-1) soil decreased Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index of Fusarium. Syringic acid at 0.02 and 0.05 mu mol g(-1) soil had no significant effects on Fusarium community structure. All concentrations of syringic acid promoted Fusarium abundance and syringic acid at 0.1 mu mol g(-1) soil had the highest Fusarium abundance among all treatments.
