摘要
Sony has developed a broad-band three-layer antireflective (AR) coating on plastic film. The structure is plastic film/SiOx/TiN/SiO2. This AR coating has a high wear resistance and high AR quality. The luminous reflectance is about 0.2% and the 1% bandwidth is 1.65. It also has a high conductivity for fulfilling The Swedish Central Organization of Salaried Employees (TCO) specification. The thickness is less than half of that of the current five-layer AR coating. The productivity of the AR film will be increased with the three-layer coating. This film is applicable for cathode ray tubes (CRTs).
