摘要
A simple NFC (near field communication) RF performance measurement method based on ISO/IEC 14443 standard was presented in this article. The measurement procedure of three test items, namely off-keying duration time evaluation, H-field strength measurement and NFC system RF performance evaluation were illustrated. The cross spiral-loop antenna structure is presented to be a reading (and Tag) antenna, which will increase the antenna impedance and quality factor (Q). By using the real-time spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope, the evaluating equation will be derived which consists all conversion and correction factors. Experimental results are shown to verify the validity of theoretical work.
