摘要
The formation of NOx can be reduced by intermolecular electron, transfer in, the rotary kiln flame. This process, for which proven ion generators are now available, has great advantages over those methods where the NOx reduction is not carried out until the end of the rotary kiln process. Because of improved combustion and reduced air excess it is also possible to achieve a certain fuel saving. This process also helps the fuel to ignite more quickly, which results in a more compact and controllable flame. Application of ''in flame NOx reduction'' to the modern, rotary cement kilns currently fired with three-channel burners is not a problem and involves little capital cost.
