摘要：

Based on the study of legal supervision system on telecommunication business in developed and developing countries, this paper analyzes some experiences which could be used by China for reference. In view of current legal situation in telecommunication business of China, this paper also provides some proposals for perfecting legal supervision regulations in telecommunication business of China.
