摘要
We have analyzed major histocompatibility complex (MHC) regulated immune response in congenic inbred chicken lines CB and CC, that differ from each other not only at the B haplotype but also in their ability to regress Rous sarcomas. The ratio of CD(4+) to CD(8+) peripheral blood lymphocytes is higher in CB chicken than in CC, as well as adherence potential of blood monocytes. The analysis of keyhole limpet haemocyanin presentation did not show any difference between these lines.
