摘要
The Belt and Road Initiative puts forward higher requirements for the intercultural communication ability of foreign language talents. Based on the cross-cultural communication ability model of Byram, this paper combines the background of foreign language education in Yunnan colleges and universities to explore the intercultural communication ability of foreign language learners in the limited environment of university foreign language classroom. The article believes that practicing cross-cultural education in higher foreign language education is an effective way to cultivate students' intercultural communication skills.
