摘要
The research sought to understand the occupational meaning attributed to family-domestic and work life Women heads of households who hold operational positions in a company in the graphic arts sector, located in the city of Bogota, exploring experiences and expectations, around conceptions about human occupation, occupational justice, work, care economy, and double presence. This research assumes a qualitative, hermeneutic strategy, using content analysis. The main findings allow to identify: the cultural construction of roles and occupations based on the sex-gender order; unequal power relations in occupational participation, based on the sexual division of labor; the tension between work and family given by the current and significant presence of women in economic life and the place of care from a broad perspective, as a support for human and community well-being, overcoming the specific gaze on reproduction.
