Empirical Research on Enterprise M&A Performance in Chinese Tourism Listed Companies

This article, with 20 Chinese tourism listed company M&A events as the research sample, and using principal component analysis and mean analysis, analyzes the performance changes before and after M&A and gets the following conclusions: the enterprise performance after M&A has the change trend of rising first and then falling, showing that the effect of M&A on enterprise performance improvement is short. Research suggests enterprises should not value transaction factor too much in M&A, but should spend more time and energy on integration management after M&A.
