摘要：
Management philosophy of institutions of higher learning directly affects efficiency and methods of personnel training and scientific research, so institutions of higher learning must establish 'people-oriented' educational management philosophy and implement it in each educational link fully. Only in this way can students' growth and progress be really enhanced. Directing at application of humanity idea to higher education management, the author carries out a series of discussions, hoping to provide some reference and bases for all educators.
