摘要:
A kinetic model is developed to predict the effect of multi-functional comonomers in the high-pressure polymerization of ethylene in industrial tubular reactors. Two different modified acrylate based comonomers were tested in the simulation for their influence on molecular-weight distribution and branching densities. A comparison of both methods shows their potential to be used in an industrial process.
