摘要
The Copper-Tin-sulfide, thin films were fabricated by the sol-gel method on soda lime glass. The structural, morphological and optical properties of these thin films were studied by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction studies revealed the formation of the Cu4SnS6 phase for as-deposited and annealed thin films at 200 degrees C and 300 degrees C in argon atmosphere for one hour. The Scanning Electron Microscope gives a good surface for solar cells. The optical transmission measurements showed that the band gap of these films decrease from 1.74 eV to 1.56 eV.
