摘要
Straw and beech sawdust were heat-treated at 250 degrees C and 300 degrees C for 40 min to study their change in chem. compn. and mass. The heating resulted in decreasing the moisture, O, H and S contents and in increasing the ash, C and metal contents as well as the heating value. The products showed lower water absorbability and higher combustibility than the original biomass.
