摘要
Electricity one of goods and for that reason its distribution can be treated as one of elements in supply chain where electricity flows from producer to final consumer. This attitude can be called an logistic attitude to power industry and is justified because logistics for electricity company is not just one of supply chain's elements. Logistics constitutes the whole process of value creation in the supply chain. But efficient logistics is impossible without effective communication procedures. An anonymous questionnaire was presented to employees of an electricity distribution company. The research, in the part presented in this paper, referred to communication procedures' effectiveness. Gained results indicate the possibility of achieving better results in all distribution chain and also possibility of achieving some positive motivating effect among employees by improvement in the field of communication procedures as far as feedback information is concerned.
