The Problems and Solutions of Science Teaching Evaluation According to Beijing's University

Colleges and universities establish science teaching evaluation system is aim to urge teachers to seriously teach and improve the quality of teaching, but the existing science teaching evaluation operational mechanism that the system established by the original target has not been achieved, both from design point of the system itself, the student perspective, the perspective of teachers, school executive perspective, there are several problems. In this paper, Beijing's University, for example, through its own research results and practical teaching experience, teaching evaluation summary analytics running status and problems, and on this basis, give the feasible proposals.
