摘要：
Lactobacillus reuteri I5007 is a well-characterized probiotic strain isolated from the colonic mucosa of healthy weaning piglets. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of this strain, which consists of a circular chromosome and six distinct plasmids. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
