摘要：
In the new operating conditions of the society in which we live, it is necessary to find new sources of funding, which, alongside the traditional sources of education funding, should provide the necessary funds deployment, the development and modernization of teaching process in higher education. The solution to this problem seems to be the education loan contracts which students often find as the best option. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
