摘要：
The PE teaching reform of colleges and universities is embodied in two aspects: innovations of teaching form and curriculum system, which form a unified whole essentially. The core purpose of reform is making PE teaching more open and free and achieving the ultimate objective of PE teaching better. This paper analyzes the problems existing in PE teaching of Chinese colleges and universities in terms of teaching form and curriculum system, and puts forward a new plan.
