Magnetic phase transitions and magnetic crystalline anisotropy in SmFe11-xCoxTi compounds

摘要
The magnetic phase transitions and magnetic crystalline anisotropy of single crystalline SmFe11-xCoxTi compounds were investigated. Torque curves were measured in the range 78-600 K in magnetic fields up to 13 kOe. The analysis of the temperature dependence of torque curves allowed to obtain the magnetic phase diagram and to find spin reorientation transitions in SmFe11-xCoxTi compounds. In these materials the dependence of magnetic anisotropy constants from Co concentration was determined.
