摘要
Village Driven Development (VDD) model as written in the Law number 6 of 2014 concerning Village, requires village (government officers and villagers) to be able to move independently in the village development. However, the government has not developed any applicable development model for village. This research aimed to formulate Smart Village model for alternative village development model in Indonesia. The method used during the research was descriptive qualitative and documentation study was used as its data gathering technique and interactive data analysis technique. The research results showed that Smart Village model in rural development in Indonesia covered five dimension, namely: 1) Resources, (2) Technology, (3) Service Chains, (4) Institution, and (5) Sustainability and four development phases in which the collaborative governance model became its key executor.
