摘要
The paper presents the possibility to obtain steel wires for pull cables by ultrasonics drawing process, as a modernized technology/MT, an alternative of the classical technology/CT. Based on "the ultrasounds surface effect /the reduction of the metal-tool contact friction, there is the possibility of the strain hardness technological control, respectively, the possibility to include the drawn wires in the certain resistance category (R-m) of the pull cables/ISO 2408. The researches which have been made acknowledge this possibility, observing, in the same time, modifications of the resistance and plasticity characteristics in the case of the ultrasonics drawing process/MT in comparison with the classical technology/CT.
