Examining the link between knowledge management and radical innovation

Research from a variety of disciplines has for a long time attempted to answer the critical question of "what can be done to improve innovation?" [1, 2] Knowledge management, a relatively new discipline, is now being presented as one possible antecedent of innovation [3]. However, the extan t literature is yet to provide empirical evidence linking effective knowledge management to innovation. This research focuses on knowledge management and radical innovation. In this case, the results did not find much support for the proposition that knowledge management practices affected radical innovations.
