摘要:
This paper analyzes effective usage of CCTV live images in management of facilities of roads, rivers, and harbors, and proposes a new framework based on findings in cognitive science. In recent years, CCTVs have been widely introduced, and maneuverable supervision by using mobile video cameras through wireless LAN (Local Area Network), and unusual event detection by using image processing technology are a dominant tendency. We propose a map-top interface to support administrator watch and understand many cameras intuitively, and an ecological interface framework changing usage of CCTV according to the level of task difficulty.
