摘要
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the way of validation of the method and estimation of measurement uncertainty of the results obtained while determining the amount of artificial sweeteners in soft drink using HPLC method. The following validation parameters are determined: selectivity, recovery (95,5-99,8%), precision (RSD 0,16-1,88%), linearity (R-2 = 0,9997-0,9999), quantification limit (50-70 mu g/L) and detection limit (0,8-18 mu g/L). Validation and quality control data were used for estimation of measurement uncertainty. The other sources such as calibration certificates and producer specification were also evaluated. In order to compare these estimated results with other laboratory, the results obtained from interlaboratory comparison were also given. The obtained results shown that measurement procedure that is used is fit for intended purpose of controlling legal limits of amount of artificial sweeteners (acesulfam, saccharine and aspartame) in soft drinks.
