摘要：
This article comments on the study by Gazdaru et al., who report a case of chronic myeloid leukemia resistant to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). Treatment by TKI was replaced by interferon- (INF-), and the patient underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, resulting in successful ovarian stimulation for fertility preservation.
