Uniform stabilization and exact controllability for a class of coupled hyperbolic systems

摘要
This paper considers a pair of hyperbolic systems connected in some open subset of a domain. One of these systems contains locally distributed damping. Under certain conditions imposed on the subset where the damping term is effective, the results on uniform stabilization of the solutions are established. Exact controllability (distributed control) is then deduced from stabilization.
