摘要：
With the rapid development of information technology, e-learning is an irresistible global trend. In order to instantly understand and supervise learning effects, this study develops learning portfolio provided by digital learning platforms to make evaluations. Then we can manage learning conditions and effects. and further provide individual assistance, reduce achievement difference and increase learners' learning abilities.
