摘要
Disadvantages of OIPK-1-based formation testing devices that became commercially available in 1995 are highlighted. The replacement AGIP model features numerous advantages over the conventional OPIK-1. Design features and operating technologies are addressed for uncased oil and gas well applications. These improvements offer wider well logging and testing flexibility.
