Researches on Informatization and Management Innovation of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises

This paper took characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises as the entry point, analyzed the functions and features of current advanced information management system meeting requirements of such enterprises - ERP system, combined the process and effectiveness of successful implementation of ERP system by "Yutong Bus", an outstanding representative of such enterprises in China to describe that with the modem market competition background, development of discrete manufacturing enterprises lied in actively promoting management informatization, and more important, in the process of informatization continuously carrying out management innovation so as to make the enterprises succeed and rapidly develop.
