摘要
Resonance is one of the main causes of submarine pipeline instability and one of the main facing problems of pipeline protection. The resistance being acted on pipeline includes viscous force and differential pressure force. The latter is much larger than the former for large Reynolds number. In addition, the periodical change of differential pressure force is the essential reason of resonance happening. A resonance-reduce model was established in this paper which is a pipeline with grooved surface. The relationship between pressure difference and groove depth was numerical studied with lattice Boltzmann method. Numerical results provide certain reference to prevent resonance.
