摘要
The concept of employing Green HRM strategies and practices at workplace are gaining importance and influencing the working behavior of employees at large. The implementation of Green HR approach has brought sea change in the work performance and efficiency of employees. The study emphasizes on the analysis of the effect of implementing Green HRM practices that impacted the working performance of IT employees. The survey of 100 IT employees had taken to complete the survey, the structured survey instrument was been used to fulfill the need of the required data for the study. The IBM SPSS Statistics 20 tool has been used for the study, the Chi square and Student T Test had been done to statistically analyze the collected data through questionnaires. The paper majorly explains that the implementation of Green HRM strategies and the impact of these strategies create a positive working environment and enhance the efficiency of the employees in the organization.
