GPS Phase Estimation Beyond the Maximum Likelihood Theory

This paper analyzes errors found on pseudorange and delta range measurements that have been initiated as a code/ carrier phase measurements due to multipath and deep attenuation. The objective of this paper is to draw some practical observations and to come up with a methodology that distinguishes between the impacts of deep attenuation versus multipath.
