摘要：
Development of Regional logistics information platform is a complicated system. Based on requirements analysis, a regional logistics information platform is developed in the paper. In order to process the various media information during logistics operation, a multi-media database is designed. The platform has a hierarchy structure, and includes such five levels as physical, technical, data, functional, and service. The application of multi-media technology and data mining is a guarantee to make full use of the logistics information platform.
