摘要
Because the influence of fuzzy factors in management of human resource, the research on structure of human resource should consider the trait of fuzzy in evaluation system. The degree of optimal structure in enterprises' HR management has direct correlation with efficiency of HR performance management, innovation on technology, customer relationship performance and accounting performance in enterprises. Therefore, identifying the HR structure is the key part on enterprises' performance management. We got 47 questionnaires on agricultural enterprises in Jilin province, and applied fuzzy DEA-DA model and method to discriminate the class of these enterprises.
