摘要
Herein we outline an alternative strategy to fabricate kesterite Cu(2)ZnSa(S,Se)(4) (CZTSSe) thin films from an easily scalable ink based on dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution. The precursor ink is in situ formed by adding ethanolamine into DMSO-based molecular scale solution containing CuCl2, ZnCl2, SnCl2, and thioacetamide. CZTSSe thin films were synthesized via spin-coating from the precursor ink, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectra, scanning electron microscope and UV-vis spectra.
