摘要
The built-in pneumatic plug in the dense phase transportation, which significantly affects the gas-solid fluid flow inside the main conveying pipe, acts decisively in solving the choking problem of the main pipe. The conveying performance of the main pipe can be improved by optimizing the gas movement injected from the branch pipes. In this work, the influences of the gas velocities injected from the branch pipes on the disturbing flow fields inside the main pipe, and on the controlling regions as well as on the effective scales of the controlling regions, were investigated. The main research scope includes: (1) effects of secondary gas velocities injected from the branch pipes on the flow fields of the main pipe, and (2) impacts of the location parameters on the controlling effects of the main pipe.
