摘要：
A series of 5-aryi-1-phenyl-4-pentene-1,3-diones and their Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Pd(II) chelates of ML2 and Fe(III) chelates of ML3 composition have been synthesized and characterized. The electronic, IR, H-1 and C-13 NMR and mass spectral data of the compounds are discussed.
