摘要
The industry and the utility sector in Bulgaria work in condition of low power consumption. In this situation is extreme important to take actions to reduce the power Delta P and energy losses (Delta W-P, Delta W-Q). In countries like Germany, Japan, Sweden and Czech, which improved their transmission capacity of the grids and apply effective reactive power compensation, the power losses are significantly reduced. In Republic of Bulgaria since 1990 electric energy consumption is significantly reduced, but the power losses Delta P from 10% currently are 14%
