摘要：
Textile and garment industry takes an important position in Chinese national economy, and its industrial feature and market characteristics make it fit for the existence and development of small and middle enterprises. Firstly, this paper analyzed the main economic indexes of small and middle textile and garment enterprises of Henan province, secondly, studied their comparative advantages and development chances, finally, pointed out their problems during the development. The conclusion is that, under the background of economic globalization and WTO, small and middle textile and garment enterprises of Henan province should enhance the capacity of scientific and technological innovation and brand marketing in order to improve their competitiveness in top grade textiles market as soon as possible.
