摘要
The management of the energy efficiency of the facility should be carried out at all stages of its life cycle - design, construction, operation, and decommissioning. In order to fully utilize the potential of energy saving of the facility, it is necessary to develop universal cost and fuel and energy indicators of resource consumption at all stages of the facility's life cycle. One of the methods for solving the problem is energy modeling of buildings. It allows us to present the real life of a building or structure in the form of a model with all designed engineering systems. One of the main results is a reliable assessment of the future annual energy consumption of the building during its operation. For the development of the social and production sphere in the direction of energy efficiency, it is necessary to attract not only private but also public investment. Life cycle contracts based on the principles of a public-private partnership allow managing the cost and fuel and energy indicators of the facility by the stages of its life cycle. Thereby, it is possible to keep the specified characteristics of an energy efficient facility achieved at the design stage.
