摘要
We present an overview on our recent work about a number of metasurfaces and their applications in absorbers, biosensors, and nano modulators. High-efficiency absorption, high bio tissue sensitivity, and high-performance modulation arc demonstrated. The results are interesting for various applications including photonic integrated circuits and devices for solar energy utilization, optical signal processing, optical computations, optical communications, inside-body examination sensing, bio tissue discrimination, and cancer disease diagnosis.
