摘要
Reliability optimization in power distribution systems is obviously an important problem. The power distribution system supplies electricity to their consumers maintaining economy as a well as reliability. In this paper, an algorithm intending for cost minimization in electrical distribution systems is proposed. Combing two well-known meta-heuristic algorithms namely Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Quantum behaved Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO), an efficient and noble hybrid algorithm has been introduced in this article. For the input variables (cost, weight and volume), fuzzy models with triangular membership functions are used. The results of the proposed approach were compared with those from other exiting approaches, showing that the outcomes from our approach are more acceptable than others.
