摘要
This article aims at, the characteristics of technology innovation of large-scale enterprises, and also provides a comprehensive method to evaluate innovative capabilities for them. This method consists of three basic steps as follows: Firstly, establish an evaluation index system in view of characteristics of technology innovation of large enterprises; Secondly, adopt the principal component analysis (PCA) to reduce dimensions, and retain comprehensive indexes(the main component) and weights that reserve the main information; Thirdly, utilize the ideal solution method to carry out the evaluation of innovative capabilities of large enterprises. The thesis also provides the positive evaluation of innovative capabilities of several large enterprises in Jiangsu province. The evaluation results will help enterprises discover in time the reasons that cause poor creative capabilities, and also draw lessons for improving the capabilities of technology innovation.
